Rangers have moved quickly in the last few days with Philippe Clement finally getting the quality that he has been craving.
Vaclav Cerny is an immediate upgrade on the right-wing which gives the manager an easier decision to make in terms of selection instead of having to make do.
Clement hinted that players have verbally agreed to join Rangers with comments from the Czech winger suggesting that the boss is a man of his word.

Vaclav Cerny makes Rangers decision claim
There are two key positions that need to be filled, regardless of players being sold.
Defensive midfield and the right wing, in particular a left-footed winger.
The latter has been filled with Cerny but now the Rangers manager needs to find a midfield enforcer.
Nils Koppen is the man in charge of recruitment, however, according to Cerny, it looks like Clement is still playing his part in bringing in new players.
“It is a very nice day for me. I am happy to be here and I can’t wait to get started.
“Obviously from the first talks with the manager, it gave me a very good feeling and from there on I would say it went pretty fast. I was happy about the contact and just couldn’t wait to come down here and be here and experience it all.”
Rangers, despite the current state of the club on and off the pitch and with Ibrox out of commission, still had a lot of pulling power.
Philippe Clement is also the sort of manager that players, if they have the right mindset, want to play for.
There is still a lot of work to be done but Koppen and Clement haven’t been sitting on their hands.
They might have had to wait for players to be moved out first, but it helps that targets have been primed and ready to go.
Rangers starting to make waves in the transfer market
The clock is ticking toward the Champions League deadline for registering players and Rangers will be hoping for a similar speed in concluding a deal for Joan Jordan.
The midfield playmaker is being pushed out the door by Sevilla and Rangers are said to be close to an agreement.
The initial 40% offer to cover the 30-year old’s wages wasn’t enough.
Reports then suggested that 50% was the number that Sevilla were looking for or approximately £34,500 per week.
The Spaniard’s are said to be willing to accept this deal, but only if an obligation to buy clause of between £2-4m is agreed.
The goal posts change again today though with Rangers and Sevilla coming to an agreement of a 60% wage contribution – £41,400 per week – only for doubts about the player’s enthusiasm to move to the SPFL.
Koppen and Clement have been working hand in hand to make the changes that have been needed to the squad and now face a race against time to add the players required to challenge for the league and qualify for the promised land of the Champions League.
