Amir Mir

Amir has worked for various media outlets across the country, including the Birmingham Mail, the Independent and now currently plying his trade at HITC Sport. As a senior football writer, Amir provides the latest transfer news, pre-game and post-game reaction to Arsenal v Tottenham Hotspur and Everton v West Ham United, amongst other showdowns across the beautiful game. After graduating from Staffordshire University, where he learned the nuts and bolts of sports journalism, including covering various sports from horse racing to cricket, Amir has taken huge strides since covering his first U21 football game between Port Vale and Walsall. Given that Amir is also a season-ticket holder at Aston Villa, then he can be prone to be more biased toward the Midlands giants.

Billy Meyers

Billy Meyers is a south London based writer for HITC Football and Rangers News, who specialises in keeping readers up to date with the latest news and rising Google trends. He has previously written for 90min and Football FanCast, while also interviewing a few footballing figures including Allan Russell, during his time working alongside Gareth Southgate as England's Striking Coach - the Scot helped Harry Kane win the Golden Boot at the 2018 World Cup, so he must have done something right! Billy has also worked closely with YouTube star Spencer Owen when creating written content for Hashtag United. A long-suffering Crystal Palace fan, Billy is still not over the 2016 FA Cup final defeat to Manchester United.

Dan Owen is an NCTJ-accredited journalist based in England. He has spent six years as part of the GRV Media family, beginning his professional journey back in 2016 after graduating from Leeds Trinity University. While obviously an avid viewer of the English Premier League, Dan also takes a keen interest in all things football from Poland to Portugal, Spain to Serie A. After half a decade in his current role, Dan has picked up a detailed understanding of the transfer market, and considers himself a reliable source on potential new arrivals to England’s top flight.

A 2018 Sport Journalist graduate from the University of Brighton, Dylan is a Premier League, EFL and UEFA accredited reporter with over five years of experience covering live football from the view of the press box, covering the likes of Chelsea, Tottenham and the England national team at Wembley Stadium. Dylan is a big fan of Premier League football, Major League Soccer and cheesecake.

Olly Dawes

Olly is a lifelong Preston North End supporter who has accumulated more than 10 years of online publishing experience. After his article was published in a national newspaper at just 15 years of age, he knew football journalism was his ultimate goal. Since then, he has written over 100,000 words on all sides of the beautiful game — from covering the 2018 World Cup for the Economic Times to blending streetwear, urban culture and football for online publications. Much like the ideal Pep Guardiola player, he is as versatile as they come. If he isn’t writing about 22 lads kicking a ball about, he’s either waxing lyrical about Guardiola, watching foreign films or lost in a Hip Hop album from the 2010s.

A football journalist based in Wakefield, Subhankar Mondal has previously worked for Goal.com International and Skysports.com, and has had his sports articles published in The Guardian and The Observer as well. He has also been on the BBC in the past and his name once found its way to the pages of the World Soccer magazine. He was cited in a major Louis van Gaal biography too. Subhankar has been at GRV Media for almost 10 years and is currently a Senior Journalist at HITC and also writes for Rangers News.
