Rangers’ transfer strategy is becoming clear

Get quality players who can impact on this league to fill out the squad. If you can do it for a low-cost, it saves more for bigger investments in the summer.
Rangers will be working on a limited, if not decent enough budget and even the most optimistic of fans know we need a decent sized overhaul. Not so much in the entire first-team squad, but on the periphery of it.
Anywhere up to 15 players could realistically leave, so there will be a sizeable investment into the playing staff.
