Sky Sports have claimed that rumours of “disagreements” between the Rangers Board and who the next manager of the club should be are “inaccurate”.
The leading sports broadcaster have been providing an update on Rangers’ managerial search as the club looks to replace the outgoing Michael Beale during the international break.
And according to the Sky Sports report, Rangers are continuing to hold final interviews in London this week with talk of boardroom disagreements “inaccurate”.
At this stage, Rangers are yet to put forward a clear and final candidate for the role despite growing sounds around a number of options.
The Sky Sports report confirms that Rangers have been speaking to the likes of ex-AS Monaco manager Philippe Clement and Yokohama F Marinos boss Kevin Muscat but that the pair are “just two of the various options” who’ve held talks with the club in London.
This has given rise to some speculation as to who those names might be, with the Sky Sports report mentioning the likes of ex-Frankfurt manager Oliver Glasner and AZ Alkmaar boss Pascal Jansen.
However, the report claims that the latter of these names is likely to remain in the Netherlands.

Sky Sports rule six out of next Rangers manager running
Whilst Sky Sports fail to put their name to an outright favourite to become the next Rangers manager, they do rule out six names from the final negotiations.
Former Birmingham City manager John Eustace was sacked from St Andrews this week but will not be taking charge at Ibrox.
The Englishman is joined by Preston boss Ryan Lowe, Chelsea legend Frank Lampard, ex-England midfielder Scott Parker, former Nottingham Forest manager Billy Davies and the long-since debunked Graham Potter.

Rangers continue to be in the hunt for their next manager but – according to Sky Sports – suggestions of disagreements amongst the Ibrox Board are wide of the mark.
We expect further movement on this by the end of the week but Rangers have previously been clear that they will not be rushed into an appointment as they look for the man who can lead the side long-term.
