Rangers are reportedly ready to move for Tottenham Hotspur talent Albert Rachi.
The Evening Times is reporting Rangers interest in the Spurs midfielder. Not a great lot is known about the player, but obviously, Rangers think enough of him to express interest.
The Albanian youngster is highly rated, with the youngster said to play beyond his years by Eurostar. The same report describes Rachi as “smooth and fast” and praises his pace.

The report also claims an interest in Kilmarnock youth Liam Smith,
with Rangers even reportedly battling Man City for the youngster’s signature [Scottish Sun].
The trio would represent solid additions to an already flourishing Rangers youth Academy.
This season has seen Academy graduates involved in securing no fewer than four trophies. Rangers picked up the ALKASS Cup in Qatar,
much to the delight of fans.
Rangers then pipped Celtic to win the Scottish FA Youth Cup, before Rangers youngsters were involved in the U18 League title win and the
Reserve League title win.
