Premier League outfit Crystal Palace have been linked with a move for Rangers striker Alfredo Morelos, but does transfer interest in CSKA striker Fedor Chalov kill even the faintest interest?
Steven Gerrard has been expressing his frustration at journalists routinely asking the question of Morelos.
But whilst talk continues, there have been no formal bids for the striker.

For perhaps a couple million more, Palace could’ve tempted Rangers to sell Morelos this season.
The 30-goal Colombian firebrand is a big part of Rangers plans this season and thus a big offer would be required to take him away from Ibrox.

It says something too that Premier League new boys Sheffield United – who have in no way been linked with Alfredo Morelos – look prepared to spend up to £20m on Oliver McBurnie.
For the same price, they could’ve likely secured Alfredo Morelos.
Going by the latest moves in England, it is looking increasingly likely that Alfredo Morelos won’t be moving to the Premier League.
This summer at least.
