Recriminations have followed Rangers’ disastrous Scottish Cup exit at the hands of Queen’s Park.
Gers were poor as they lost to the Championship side and gave up their only realistic chance of a trophy this season.
Fans are rightly up in arms and are once again calling for Philippe Clement’s head, insisting the manager can’t come back from this one.
But Clement has told how he plans to get supporters back on side as he remains defiant in the face of the increasing pressure.
It will be difficult for the Belgian, who to be fair has fought back from tough moments in the past, but this embarrassment feels different.
There has already been plenty of debate over his future, with Alan Hutton giving his take.

Derek Ferguson assesses Rangers defeat
Derek Ferguson is another who has been reacting and he was left stunned live on air as he realised just how poor Rangers‘ trophy record is over the years.
He was hurting and also levelled an accusation of not caring towards the players.
“I’ve heard too many excuses”, Ferguson told BBC Sportsound.
“If the manager is angry, you can imagine how the fans will be feeling tonight.
“They’re devastated, but I want to hear players devastated. I didn’t see that
“It’s as if it didn’t mean enough to the players.
“Maybe they think because they got to the last 16 of the Europa League that it’s fine and they’re done. It’s not.
“That’s the job of a manager to keep them motivated.
“This is why Clement comes under serious threat to losing his job.
“He’s got to win games like this with the quality that the manager has got at his disposal.”
Three Rangers players who don’t contribute enough
Vaclav Cerny, Hamza Igamane and Ianis Hagi have had a lot of praise over recent weeks and months.
But Ian McCall actually feels they flatter to deceive and don’t do enough when the chips are down, which was the problem yesterday.
Asked if he saw the same issues as Ferguson, he said: “i think at the top end of the pitch I did. I think Bajrami has had a hard time since he’s arrived at Rangers.
“I thought Cerny played in little flashes, Hagi, Igamane…I was joking before the game about nutmegs and he had about three but he really didn’t contribute. He had a really good pass in the second half that put Dessers through on goal.
“It is a cliche thing to say but they were giving off vibes that they were far, far better than the opposition and they just had to go out on the pitch and go and do it.
“That has never been the case, you can’t do that. And you don’t fool big crowds.
“There is a lot of thinking to be done but I think there have been good things. Getting to the last 16 (of the Europa League) and there are two or three players who look like they could progress in terms of the model that Celtic have been successful with.
“But with this type of result, and there have been a few away from home in the league, and to be 13 points behind. So there’s problems.
“If you’re not having the best game you’ve still got to contribute and I don’t think there’s enough players like that.”
McCall also felt it wasn’t a game Rafael Fernandes should’ve been started in, adding: “I thought there was little mistake from the boy Fernandes. I’m not having a go, he could turn out to be a really a good player. I’m not sure he was suited for this game when you’re going to have so much from the ball and try to build from the back.”
