Spotted working hard in training alongside their Rangers teammates, the duo have looked shellshocked since joining the Ibrox side and are now without the man who took them to Glasgow.
Michael Beale paid a reported £8m to take the pair to Ibrox with both Dutchman Lammers (£3.5m, Atalanta) and Belgian-born Nigerian Dessers (£4.5m, Cremonese) so far failing to repay that investment.
Whilst the outgoing Rangers boss stuck by their side – because, well, he had to – whoever comes in to Ibrox will charged with being ruthless with any of those not pulling their weight.

Michael Beale had made both Sam Lammers and Cyriel Dessers two of his marquee summer targets with Instagram hints about trips to Italy capturing the imagination of supporters.
When both were signed in the summer there were huge hopes that Rangers had captured talented footballers whose careers had stagnated in Italy.
But so far both have massively underwhelmed and – true to their form of recent seasons – have struggled to find the back of the net.
With Michael Beale out the door at Rangers, the attentions are firmly on both Sam Lammers and Cyriel Dessers who will likely soon follow him if they do not start finding form.
Rangers have two huge matches in Cyprus in the Europa League and in Paisley against St Mirren in the Scottish Premiership on the horizon and now would be a good time for them to start.
