Rangers winger Ryan Kent has three clear options as his Ibrox career hits an underwhelming crescendo.
Across five seasons in Govan – his first an initial loan spell before a £7m move from Liverpool – the winger has tantalised at times but stuttered in others in an unconvincing stint as the club’s most talented footballer.

There can be no doubting the talent of Ryan Kent, who ripped the league a new one when we won 55 and who drove us to the Europa League Final, but arguments about a lack of consistency are more than fair.
In fact, they’re damning and undoubtedly accurate.
Ryan Kent faces Rangers, Burnley, Fenerbahce call
Rangers deserved more returns from Ryan Kent for both the player’s outlay and his talent and as his Ibrox career peters out he’ll be remembered as someone who failed to reach his full potential at the club.
But that’s not to say all is lost, as Rangers look to a busy summer rebuild and the player’s future hangs in the balance.
The way we see it, and according to reports, Ryan Kent now has three clear options.
The first and most obvious is a summer escape to Premier League-bound Burnley who – with Vincent Kompany at the helm – certainly present a positive option.
All the sounds suggest Burnley are big Ryan Kent suitors and if they haven’t offered the Rangers star a contract yet, it’s probably well overdue.
The there is Fenerbahce, a surprise suitor of sorts, who’re said to have offered Ryan Kent a three-year deal.
Whilst it’s an exotic move, and we’re sure well financed, there’s a graveyard feeling about the Turkish Super Lig at times and at such a vital moment of his career, a switch out East could too easily backfire.
Then there is the third and final option – staying at Rangers and earning his redemption.
Whilst this looks increasingly unlikely, and Rangers fans are increasingly turned off, it’s not completely off the cards just yet.
A la Connor Goldson, we’ve seen the situation turn with this stuff and Michael Beale is clear he wants Kent around next season.
At 26-years-old, this next move is a pivotal one for Ryan Kent and Burnley, Fenerbahce or Rangers probably represent the three sorts of option he’s likely to have.
A Premier League yoyo club, an exotic eastern moneyspinner or a final chance to make it at Ibrox.
Something tells us it’s going to be the move down south which wins it.
