St Mirren forward Toyosi Olusanya has been a regular thorn in Rangers’ side in the Scottish Premiership this season.
Olusanya found the back of the net in the Saints’ 2-0 victory at Ibrox in February, a result which ultimately led to Philippe Clement being sacked as Rangers manager.
The attacker’s 12 goals have also played a key part in St Mirren finishing in the top six of the Scottish Premiership this season.
It’s little wonder Rangers have reportedly taken notice with Olusanya’s contract ticking down in Paisley.
But with several options on the table for the 27-year-old, the physical striker will not be moving to Glasgow next season.

Toyosi Olusanya takes decision on future amid Rangers interest
According to Rangers News sources, Toyosi Olusanya was being monitored by the Rangers recruitment team heading into next season.
But it turns out the Ibrox club are not the only ones keeping an eye on the former Middlesbrough attacker.
Scottish Premiership rivals Aberdeen have also been sniffing around, as have several clubs in the English Championship, but Olusanya looks set for a move further afield.
That’s because Olusanya has agreed to move to the MLS next season, even if the details surrounding the transfer are not yet public.
The news will come as a big blow to St Mirren manager Steven Robinson, who’d hoped to keep Olusanya at the club heading into next season.
Rangers actively assessing Scottish Premiership market
Rangers have already added Lyall Cameron to their ranks from Dundee as the Ibrox side pledge to shop more local in the transfer windows ahead.
Dens Park teammate Josh Mulligan has also been tipped for Rangers as his contract with Dundee ticks down this season.
There have been longstanding Rangers links to Lawrence Shankland, with the Hearts striker in the crowd as the Gers welcomed Athletic Bilbao in the Europa League.
Rangers News understands that the Scottish Premiership is a market that the Gers are actively assessing as they look to bolster their squad ahead of next season.
There are a number of out-of-contract Scottish Premiership stars who are being considered by Rangers with the summer transfer window on the horizon.
It’s understood that Rangers have long neglected the domestic market and suffered as a result, with major questions over the suitability of the Ibrox team after another campaign of domestic failure.
