On form Aberdeen striker Luis Lopes could soon be linking up with Rangers winger Ryan Kent at Burnley – if the latest reports are to be believed.
Luis Lopes, also known as Duk, has been catching the eye of Rangers fans lately with his 18 goals for Aberdeen since a summer switch from Benfica certainly turning heads in Scotland.

But the latest from Fabrizio Romano suggests that people are paying attention south of the border too with Premier League promotion winners Burnley mentioned as suitors.
Luis Lopes linked to Burnley
Vincent Kompany’s side have already secured promotion back to the English top flight and already there are reports talking up the club’s summer business.
According to Fabrizio Romano, Burnley are watching Luis Lopes as closely as the Rangers support with a potential view to a move in the upcoming window.
Championship sides Blackburn and Hull City have also been attributed with an interest in the striker.
“Burnley are monitoring Aberdeen striker Duk — he scored 18 goals performing at excellent levels,” said Romano.
“Blackburn and Hull City are also tracking him. Aberdeen signed Duk from Benfica on 50% deal for free.”
Ryan Kent also linked to Turf Moor
The links come at the same time as Rangers winger Ryan Kent has been linked to Burnley with the Ibrox attacker’s contract running down at Ibrox.
Rangers paid Liverpool a reported £7m to sign Ryan Kent in 2019 but it now looks like the attacker could leave for nothing come the end of the season with the Clarets top of the pile.
Ryan Kent has failed to deliver for Rangers – at least domestically – over the last period and Ibrox fans appear to be relaxed at the notion he could leave if not frustrated it will be for nothing.
This means that Ryan Kent and Luis Lopes could be lining up alongside each other with Burnley next season as an air of uncertainty continues to surround who Rangers might sign in the coming months.
