Wrexham striker Josh Windass has reacted as Rangers took to social media to make an announcement on Tuesday evening.
The Light Blues are expected to be extremely busy in the summer transfer window as they aim to win the Scottish Premiership title next season.
Danny Rohl has been given the approval by the hierarchy to go on and build a side capable of challenging on multiple fronts.

Josh Windass reacts to Lawrence Shankland transfer announcement
Windass has waxed lyrical about Lawrence Shankland after he was officially announced as a Rangers player on Tuesday evening.
The Gers took to Instagram to confirm the signing of the Scotland international from Hearts.
Rangers secured Shankland’s services in a shrewd manner as they capitalised on the break clause which was in his contract.

He could fire Rangers to a domestic treble!
Hearts knew that they were powerless to stop the 30-year-old from leaving in case he decided to part ways with the club.
He did end up leaving for the club he supports and will be wearing the number seven jersey for the Ibrox outfit.
Windass, who’s also linked with Rangers, wrote on Instagram: “I knew in that 6-1 game I saw a player.”
The English striker was talking about a game in 2023 where the Scotsman scored a hat-trick for Hearts against Ross County.

Are Rangers considering a move for Windass this summer?
Despite signing Shankland, Rangers are still looking for another striker in the coming weeks.
Windass has been linked with a move to Ibrox once again, but it turns out that the club are not actively pursuing his services.
He has been considered in the past and may have been looked at, but Rangers News understands that Rohl is not keen on signing him, as things stand.

Rangers are interested in the Brighton attacker
Windass, who is capable of playing as an attacking midfielder as well, is contracted to Wrexham and his deal there does not run out until 2028.
While Rohl appreciates him and knows him from their time at Sheffield Wednesday, a reunion is not on the cards this summer.
There are other attackers that are ahead of Windass in the priority list, and the club could make moves for them instead.
