Michael Beale has been given almost everything he needs this summer as he looks to rebuild a Rangers squad that was on its last legs.
The midfield and forward line in particular have been revamped but there is still one player who the Gers gaffer is hoping to get off the wage bill.
Speaking ahead of this afternoon’s clash with Livingston, Michael Beale confirmed that Glen Kamara will be leaving the club and that his departure could see him handed more money to spend, as reported by The Scotsman.

Michael Beale to be given more funds by Rangers
The Light Blues boss has hinted already that he will be breaking even in terms of income and expenditure.
When the Finland international leaves though, Michael Beale looks like he will be given some extra money to spend for Rangers:
“It’s clear Glen Kamara is the player who’s definitely going to move on in this window.
“If that goes, then we’re not far off from where we want to be in terms of close to breaking even on our net spend, which does give us the right opportunity.
“But it’s got to be the right player.”

Michael Beale has spoken before about the possibility of adding a player or two more for Rangers and it would appear as if Glen Kamara leaving is the trigger.
The Gers boss has discussed bringing in a centre-half as well as a direct replacement for Ryan Kent too.
With a valuation of a reported £5m, Michael Beale must be rubbing his hands together if he is given that to spend on top of what he has already had in his budget.
