Tomorrow’s friendly match with HJK Helsinki will be streamed live on Rangers TV and will be made available to subscribers of the platform.
It gives those who can’t make the match the chance to see Rangers before we return to Scottish Premiership action against Kilmarnock on Wednesday. It’s a nice move by the club, especially after last night’s match with Cowdenbeath was called off.
The match kicks off at 12pm. Supporters across the UK and Ireland can enjoy it as part of their Rangers TV package. They can also pay £10 for a one off pay-per-view option.

Subscribing to Rangers TV costs £5 per month. So if you’re going to spend a tenner, you may as well sign up for a couple of months and enjoy the content. More information on signing up is available here.

Both teams need this match for their preperations

HJK Helsinki  will be treating this game as a pre-season friendly. Finland’s most successful club kick off their season at the end of January. After last night’s match with Cowdenbeath was called off, this is also Rangers first and only chance to prepare for their own return to action after the winter break.
Rangers haven’t played since the Old Firm win over Celtic on the 29th of December. Fans have had to wait over three weeks to see the side.

Supporters are also eager to see how new signings Jermain Defoe and Steven Davis have settled in to Ibrox. It looks like the friendly will be Jermain Defoe’s Ibrox bow.
HJK Helsinki are linked to Rangers through Alfredo Morelos, who signed from the Finnish champions at the beginning of last season.
If you’d rather visit Ibrox, tickets are still available for the friendly. They are priced at £10 for an adult and £5 for a child. You can purchase them here.
