Rangers are making big moves in the transfer market, with Hull City goalkeeper Ivor Pandur lined up as their fourth signing of the summer. However, Derek McInnes has a big void to fill after a behind-the-scenes exit.
While millions are being shifted on the pitch to reshape the playing squad, the backroom team has taken an unexpected hit.
According to an exclusive report from the Rangers Review, senior goalkeeping coach Sal Bibbo is leaving the club exactly one year after moving north of the border.
What would your concerns be about Derek McInnes replacing Danny Rohl?
Sal Bibbo bids farewell to Ibrox
Bibbo is poised to head straight back to England after being targeted by newly promoted Premier League side Coventry City.
The 51-year-old will become a vital pillar of the backroom team at the Sky Blues, working directly under Chelsea and England legend Frank Lampard.
Bibbo originally arrived at Rangers last summer as a high-profile addition to Russell Martin’s initial coaching setup.

He quickly reunited with Danny Rohl when the German tactician replaced Martin in the Ibrox hot seat in October, having worked together at Sheffield Wednesday.
Many expected him to maintain continuity behind the scenes, especially after Rohl did not take the former Arsenal coach with him to Red Bull Salzburg.
However, the allure of a Premier League project with Lampard has ultimately sealed his swift exit.

McInnes has to make addition to locked down backroom core
McInnes has already surrounded himself with a highly trusted inner circle after being appointed as the Rangers manager.
The former Aberdeen boss has brought Paul Sheerin and Alan Archibald with him from Hearts, while Craig Clark has also joined his ranks.
Clark, who is viewed as a highly-rated young coach, was supposed to join McInnes and Co. at Hearts, but moved to Ibrox instead after the manager’s swift arrival.
McInnes now faces the task of appointing a new goalkeeping coach for his team.
This comes amid a major overhaul in the goalkeeping department, with Pandur arriving in a £6million deal from Hull City.
In a separate deal, Jack Butland is leaving Rangers to join the Tigers for £3million.
