For too long have pundits been able to kick Rangers when they’ve been down after Celtic matches.
Well, not this time.
Philippe Clement’s side annihilated their rivals at Ibrox in what was our most comfortable derby victory in years.
Ianis Hagi got the ball rolling before Robin Propper doubled the lead and the game, and points, were wrapped up by Danilo whose first touch found the back of the net in style.

The gap at the top of the Scottish Premiership may still be significant and Celts still do hold the advantage but yesterday’s significant win chipped away at it and swings the momentum pendulum back towards Gers.
It also spooked some pundits who have been critical of Celtic in the aftermath of the game.
One in particular is diehard fan Alan Brazil who is never shy of providing his take – wanted or not – on derby day.
This time, however, the radio presenter admitted “it has all changed” after his side took a pasting in Glasgow and he reflected on the fixture with a tinge of worry for the future of the fixture and perhaps the league.
Alan Brazil says things have ‘all changed’ after Rangers beat Celtic
“First goal, maybe I am being too harsh but I thought the keeper (Schmeichel) could have done better,” he said on talkSPORT.
“The way I see it, I didn’t see the whole game, I watched highlights, and towards the end, Celtic were fantastic at pressing.
“But if you go back to the Cup Final, Rangers pressed Celtic and gave them a real scare. It’s all changed.
“There is a real comfortable gap, Brendan won’t be pressing the panic button. Rangers needed that.”
Some Celtic pundits praised Rangers for their win at Ibrox
The aftermath of the action also brought some Celtic faces praising Gers stars for their overall showing at Ibrox.
Chris Sutton applauded goal scorer Ianis Hagi for his strike.
But he also reserved even more praise for captain on the day, Nico Raskin, for his “outstanding” contribution.
Raskin, meanwhile, felt ref Don Robertson made a “weird” call in not sending off Callum McGregor.
