Rangers are considering bringing Besiktas winger Vaclav Cerny back to Ibrox in this summer’s transfer window.
With Andreas Skov Olsen set to join Besiktas, the Turkish club can then allow the Gers target to leave the club, as they will have signed their replacement on the right wing.
Rangers have already discussed the possibility of bringing Cerny back to Ibrox, but are yet to launch a bid or open talks with the 28-year-old.

Rangers target Vaclav Cerny spotted training in Slovakia ahead of the 2026/27 season
While all the speculation surrounds Cerny potentially leaving the club, he is continuing to train with Besiktas.
However, he is not currently in Turkey as he has jetted out to Slovakia ahead of the new season.
Besiktas are hosting their pre-season training camp there, and an image has emerged showing the Czech Republic international there as well.

Lyon are lining up £17m for the Portuguese striker…
Thus far, there is no word from the club as to whether or not they are planning to cash in on him.
It remains to be seen what Derek McInnes‘ stance is on Cerny and how far up he is in the pecking order.
The 28-year-old’s contract at Besiktas runs until 2028, and the club hold an option to extend it by another year.

Did Cerny compete at the World Cup?
The Czech Republic competed at the World Cup, but suffered a group-stage exit in North America.
Cerny, surprisingly, was omitted not just from the World Cup squad, but the 54-man preliminary squad.
This did not just come as a shock for him, but for many in the country, as he has been doing well at the club level as well.
The 28-year-old has 30 caps for his country, and despite featuring for them in October last, he ended the season strongly and would have expected to make the long list.
His omission does not mean that he’s no longer a quality winger, so any links should not worry Rangers fans.
