Benfica winger Tiago Gouveia is the latest wide man being linked with a move to Rangers this summer.
The Gers have been mentioned alongside a whole host of attackers as Philippe Clement looks to strengthen his squad before the transfer window slams shut.
Rangers appear to have missed out on Abdallah Sima, whilst there have been links to Plymouth attacker Morgan Whittaker and Porto forward Gonçalo Borges.
Croatian winger Josip Brekalo is also the latest name doing the rounds.
But there is some conjecture surrounding reports linking Rangers to Tiago Gouveia, with conflicting reports in Portugal sending different messages.
Here’s the latest on the future of the 23-year-old Portuguese winger.

Rangers linked to Tiago Gouveia
Tiago Gouveia is reportedly a wanted man around Europe this summer.
The Benfica winger faces stiff competition to break into the Portuguese giant’s starting XI with a number of high profile names in front of him in the pecking order.
Having come through the youth ranks at the Lisbon club, Gouveia faces some big decisions this summer with several clubs mentioned as suitors.
At least that’s according to Portuguese transfer portal Diârio de Transferências, who’ve been namedropping Rangers this week.
According to information they’ve sourced from Portuguese and Brazilian journalist Bruno Andrade, Benfica have asked to delay the sale of Tiago Gouveia this month.
It’s claimed that Benfica are willing to listen to offers between €7-8m (£6-6.8m), with Rangers, Anderlecht and Villarreal mentioned as suitors.
Benfica hold transfer aces
This isn’t the only reporting around Tiago Gouveia coming out of Portugal in recent hours either.
The reported Rangers target has also been the subject of a report in Portuguese outlet A Bola which gives a more comprehensive look at the winger’s future.
The A Bola report claims that Gouveia is ‘expected’ to remain at Benfica beyond the summer after impressing at the start of the season.
Gouveia came off the bench to score Benfica’s second goal in the 3-0 Liga Portugal win over Casa Pia at the weekend.
It’s claimed that whilst things could change, Tiago Gouveia is viewed as a potential successor to Diego Neres at Benfica with the Brazilian strongly linked to Napoli.
But if Benfica are to sign a right-back as expected, and Neres stays in Lisbon, then Gouveia may still be forced to move to get the minutes he craves.
This would explain Benfica asking the player’s agents to delay looking for a transfer exit.
The report then finishes by saying there has been ‘serious contact’ over Gouveia from France, Spain, England and Russia, but there is no mention of Scotland.
What’s more, Belgian side Anderlecht ‘does not have the financial capacity’ to sign the winger and we suspect, Rangers might well be the same.
The Gers are counting the cost of a failure to reach the Champions League with Philippe Clement clear it will have a budgetary impact.
