Rangers are continuing their defensive overhaul as Derek McInnes looks to build a robust side ahead of the new season.
Thus far, six signings have been made across multiple positions, and there could be two more finalised ahead of the game against St Etienne on 22 July.
Jens Hjerto-Dahl has agreed personal terms, while Vanja Dragojevic is already in Glasgow ahead of a move to Ibrox.
What are your expectations for Vanja Dragojevic at Rangers?
He brings captaincy credentials to Ibrox…
However, the duo are midfielders, and McInnes remains keen on defenders and attackers as well.
Rangers keen on Lecce defender Corrie Ndaba
According to Pete O’Rourke, the Light Blues are among a host of clubs keen on Lecce’s Corrie Ndaba this summer.
Strasbourg and Goztepe are also keen on signing the left-back, as the race to secure his services is now heating up.
The Republic of Ireland international’s contract at the Serie A club runs until the summer of 2028, but Lecce have the option of extending it by another two years.
Which area should Rangers prioritise on strengthening this summer? 🤔
Andrew Cavenagh has made some bold promises!
That means that they hold the negotiating power with regard to Ndaba’s future this summer.
The 26-year-old is admired by McInnes, who had him at Kilmarnock in the 2024/25 season and even the campaign before that on loan.
With Jayden Meghoma returning to Brentford following his loan spell at Ibrox, the Gers are looking for another left-back.

How does Corrie Ndaba compare to Tuur Rommens?
Rommens is the first-choice left-back, but with European games, McInnes will be looking to rotate his team.
However, it is important they have a good second-choice option too, as the Belgian could suffer injuries.
Unlike Rommens, who excels at going forward, Ndaba is more defence-centric, excelling in clearances.
What is your reaction to the new third kit?
It's fair to say a lot of Rangers fans have hated it…
If he is to play for the Light Blues, McInnes will need the right-back to play more of an attacking role, with Ndaba staying back and almost making it a back three in possession.
The Irishman has experience of playing in Scotland previously and knows what the Rangers boss will want from him.
This would not see him needing as much time to adapt as somebody who has not played in the Premiership previously.
It looks like a good move on paper, but it remains to be seen if the Gers can win the transfer race.
