The race to secure the services of Rangers midfielder Nicolas Raskin is undoubtedly heating up, with a number of teams vying for his transfer.
The Belgian is currently representing his country at the World Cup, but will be aware of the interest shown in his services.
A good tournament for him could see Rangers demand more than the £20m they currently seem to want in order to part ways with him.
Nicolas Raskin has been linked with a Rangers exit…
Nicolas Raskin high up on Real Betis’ wishlist as Manuel Pellegrini green-lights the deal
According to Spanish media outlet El Desmarque, Raskin is the most highly-regarded option for La Liga side Real Betis.
Their manager Manuel Pellegrini has given his nod of approval to bring the Belgium midfielder to Benito Villamarin this summer.
Rangers News revealed on 17 June that Raskin is actively considering his Ibrox exit and will make a final decision following the World Cup.
Which area should Rangers prioritise on strengthening this summer? 🤔
Andrew Cavenagh has made some bold promises!
Betis have had him on their radar for a while, and could ramp up their interest in the coming weeks based on his level of interest.
Thus far, it is not clear whether or not the 25-year-old would fancy a move to Spain, as he has interest from Italian clubs as well as newly-promoted Premier League side Hull City.
Hull have even made a bid for Raskin, but it fell way short of the Gers’ valuation.

How has Rangers’ star Raskin fared at the World Cup?
Raskin was left on the bench by Rudi Garcia for Belgium’s opening game against Egypt.
Garcia opted to start Amadou Onana alongside Youri Tielemans, leaving the Rangers man on the bench.
However, he was quick to realise that it was not working, and decided to get on Raskin in the second half.
What is Ross McCrorie’s best position, according to you?
Rangers have brought him back to Ibrox!
The 25-year-old was undoubtedly the better option and Belgium were not just able to retain possession better, but they also improved with their ball progression.
That performance saw him handed a start in the 0-0 draw against Iran, and it remains to be seen what the plan is for the New Zealand clash.
It is a must-win game for the Red Devils, and they have a better chance of securing the three points with Raskin in the side.
