Nicolas Raskin has been linked with a Rangers exit for the last 12 months for a number of reasons.
Russell Martin did not seem to value the Belgium international and was open to the club cashing in on him.
However, the 25-year-old was retained by the Light Blues and, following Martin’s departure, became a key player under Danny Rohl.
Nicolas Raskin has been linked with a Rangers exit…
Nicolas Raskin wants to leave Rangers this summer
Rangers News understands that Raskin wants to leave Rangers in the summer transfer window.
This comes after Atalanta emerged as candidates to sign the Belgian in the coming weeks.
They view him as a replacement for Ederson, who appears set to join Manchester United.
Which Rangers star will fare the best at the World Cup?
The Gers have six players at the tournament.
Sources have told Rangers News that the midfielder will make a final decision on his future at the end of the World Cup.
He did play in Belgium’s opener, coming on in the second half, and his composure in midfield helped swing the momentum in his side’s favour.
The Light Blues are not going to stand in his way if an offer matches their valuation, but thus far, they have yet to receive one.

How much will Rangers want for Raskin?
While the Light Blues have not quite decided the exact amount they would like for the midfielder, Rangers News understands that the hierarchy are expecting decent bids for him in the coming weeks.
The club would like north of £20m for Raskin and that could even be close to the £30m mark should he have a good World Cup.
They will undoubtedly ask for a higher fee and then make a decision based on how high other clubs value him.
Should Lawrence Shankland be named the Rangers captain?
Colin Hendry believes he deserves the armband right away…
The Gers have been linked with a number of midfielders and could touch base with them as Raskin is angling towards an exit.
He was touted as a potential captaincy candidate, but given the uncertainty over his future, it remains unlikely that he will be given the armband by Derek McInnes.
While the 25-year-old is out on international duty, the Ibrox outfit could look to open talks with European clubs keen on securing his services, and following the World Cup, the deal could move on.
