Nicolas Raskin seems extremely likely to leave Rangers once Belgium get knocked out of the FIFA World Cup.
The 25-year-old has become a key player at Ibrox, but his future likely lies elsewhere as he wants to take the next step in his career.
Raskin has decided to leave Rangers for the right club this summer, and will be gauging his options following the World Cup.
Nicolas Raskin has been linked with a Rangers exit…
Rangers could ask Hull City to include Ivor Pandur in bid to sign Nicolas Raskin
Hull City have already made a bid to sign Raskin, which fell way short of the Light Blues’ expectations.
They want at least £20m for the Belgian, whose stock may rise further after the World Cup.
The Tigers, having secured promotion to the Premier League, will have a big transfer kitty to spend on players in order to build a side capable of avoiding relegation.
However, it remains to be seen whether or not they can match the Gers’ valuation for Raskin.
How much can Rangers expect from Jack Butland’s sale?
He is now in the final year of his contract…
One thing they could consider is including their goalkeeper, Ivor Pandur, as a makeweight in the deal, as it would benefit both clubs.
Rangers are eyeing a move for Pandur as they want to sign an upgrade on Jack Butland.
Hull are demanding £10m for the Croatian stopper, and that immediately puts him out of their price range.
But, if they are to include Pandur along with another £10m or £12m in the bid to sign Raskin, the deal may go through.
It will give the midfielder a Premier League move that he’s been wanting and also see the Gers signing a keeper who’s understood to be high up on their radar.

How Derek McInnes can get the best out of Pandur
Pandur is good at coming off his line, which would be beneficial for McInnes, who could ask his players to keep a high defensive line.
He has preferred to deploy mid blocks, but that has been because he has been at clubs that do not dominate the ball in every game.
This Rangers side has been built for possession football, so having a goalkeeper comfortable stepping out of his penalty area is only going to benefit the team.
Pandur is good with the ball at his feet as well, much better than Butland, so McInnes could integrate the keeper into possession routines early to get him ready for the season.
