Rangers’ SPFL rivals Hibs are set to move for Gers-linked striker Kevin Nisbet as Florian Kamberi looks set to switch Easter Road for Ibrox.
The Dunfermline forward has been on exceptional form for the Championship outfit, netting 22 times in 29 games this season.
But whilst the Edinburgh Evening News reports that Hibs have moved for the player, they claim the Pars have rejected an initial approach for the 22-year-old.

The rejection comes at the same time as Hibs have reportedly agreed a loan deal with Rangers over Florian Kamberi [Edinburgh Evening News], with Greg Docherty said to be heading the other way.
Any Kamberi move to Ibrox would arguably leave the Easter Road club short upfront and it’s unsurprising they’ve turned their attentions to one of the second tier’s most prolific goalscorers.
Rangers were linked to Nisbet back in mid-November with the Glasgow Times claiming that the Ibrox side were “keeping tabs” on the 22-year-old forward.

But with Rangers credited with an interest in the likes of Florian Kamberi and Burnley forward Matej Vydra [Glasgow Times], they appear to have turned their attention elsewhere.
It remains to be seen whether Hibs will return with a second offer for the player as Kamberi is increasingly linked with a move to Ibrox.
