Scott Parker is being linked to the Rangers job as Danny Rohl closes in on an Ibrox exit.
Rohl appears likely to join RB Salzburg, who have been in talks with the Light Blues over the last few days to negotiate the compensation they are owed before they can hire the German.
The owners backed the Rangers boss going into the new season, but an approach came their way and they are happy to allow him to leave.
Which of these three managers would you prefer at Rangers?
We believe Derek McInnes is the right man for the job…
Four Lads claims Scott Parker and Rob Edwards are both being mentioned for the Rangers job
Four Lads Had a Dream took to X to reveal that both Parker and Rob Edwards are being mentioned for the Gers job.
Edwards was someone who was under consideration back in October when the club decided to part ways with Russell Martin.
Currently, he is out of work as Wolves decided to sack him following their relegation to the Championship.

Parker was most recently in charge of Burnley, but parted ways with the Turf Moor outfit once their relegation to the Championship was confirmed.
He is also looking for a new job, and it remains to be seen if the Rangers’ managerial position would be of any interest to him.
As things stand, Derek McInnes appears to be the favourite to get the job.
What would your concerns be about Derek McInnes replacing Danny Rohl?
Is Parker better suited to the job than Derek McInnes?
McInnes is someone who not only has years of experience managing in Scotland, but he has also played for Rangers.
He knows what it takes to be at Ibrox and the expectations of the fanbase from each game.
Also, he has shown that he understands the Premiership well, achieving success at different levels at different clubs.
What do you make of Vaclav Cerny returning to Ibrox?
Cerny's return makes Rangers favourites to win the title! 💪
Everything he has done so far in Scotland has made him ready to manage a title-winning side, something he almost achieved last season.
Parker, on the other hand, has done well in the Championship, but whenever he’s been in the Premier League, his tactics have been exposed.
Managers on lesser budgets have done better than him when they’ve achieved promotion, so it makes sense for the Gers to steer clear.
