As Alfredo Morelos escapes SFA punishment, rival fans are raging.
The idea that these “offences” really weren’t half as bad as some people are angry is preposterous to them. But being honest, they actually weren’t all that extreme.
It could’ve easily been a ban – if the referee hadn’t already judged them during the game – but none of the three incidents were half as harsh as they were made out. And Beaton had a good game. Don’t shoot me.
It’s been a great source of hilarity for Rangers fans, but all this anger and posturing works in our favour.

The truth is Morelos was a scapegoat for a poor Celtic performance and a victory that sent a bit of a shockwave through the Scottish Premiership. Rangers can compete with them and this fledgling Gerrard side are still in their infancy.
We’re only going to get better. That’s the truth. That’s what fans should be taking away from the match.
Rangers progress is a bitter pill to swallow for rival fans
Of course, they don’t want to admit it. So, instead of credit the work Rangers are doing, it just makes sense to cry cheat. After all, how else could Rangers topple Celtic’s unassailable reign?
Anyone who’s that convinced there is some kind of conspiracy guiding Rangers back to the top of the league needs their head checked. But perhaps more relevant to Rangers, they completely miss the point.
The truth is, Rangers have improved, are getting better and have their eyes are on the prize. Rangers are focusing on Rangers.

All this distraction from our rivals just blatantly ignores the glaring deficiencies in their own team. And that’s good for Rangers. Because as long as they’re blinded with rage at us they can’t solve what’s going on in their own house.
And to make matters worse for them,
Rival fans might be angry Morelos escaped punishment, but as long as they are, they won’t be angry at the real problem. Themselves.
And that suits us perfectly.
