Rangers could look for a new manager this summer if Danny Rohl is sacked or decides to leave for a German club.
Bayer Leverkusen have Rohl on their shortlist, as they are uncertain about the abilities of Kasper Hjulmand.
Wolfsburg have also retained an interest in the Rangers manager and could make an approach for him in the coming weeks.

Gordon Dalziel believes Rangers have no chance to hire Sean Dyche
Gordon Dalziel does not see Sean Dyche moving to Scotland and becoming the next Light Blues manager.
Dyche has been linked with the Rangers job in the past, but it has never reached a stage where he has got close to taking over the reins.
That is not expected to happen any time soon, according to Dalziel, who does not see the former Everton and Nottingham Forest manager managing a club outside England.

Who do you see replacing him?
He does not see any opportunity for Dyche to manage the Bears either and has ruled out that for now.
Speaking on Clyde One Superscoreboard, Dalziel said: “As much as Rangers are a massive attraction, Dyche was mentioned before as well.
“And I don’t think there is any opportunity [for him to go to Rangers].
“I think he sees a club in England for him just now.
“I might be wrong, but I think Danny Rohl will be in charge of Rangers next year.”

What does the future hold for Dyche?
While Dyche is not known to play an attractive brand of football, he has been renowned for getting results.
He organises his teams well, makes them hard to beat, and manages to help underdogs get to the next level.
His achievements at Burnley are unparalleled compared to any manager in the club’s history, but he has not managed to achieve that kind of success elsewhere.
Dyche has been linked with the Watford job in recent weeks, a club notorious for giving their managers very little time to turn things around.
However, despite being the Hornets manager from 2011-2012, he admitted that he will not be returning to Vicarage Road.
He also played there for a few years, but does not see the club as the right fit.
Speaking to talkSPORT, the Englishman said: “I loved being at Watford, I had a brilliant time as a player there, an assistant manager, youth team coach, manager. But no, I wouldn’t (go back), no.”
