The research is done by analytics company Deportes & Finanzas and follows a real trend of Rangers success in the social media world.
Rangers’ media team deserve huge credit for their ongoing successes in getting the club’s name and brand out there with Rangers almost universally topping these charts across social media sites.
Specifically, on Twitter, Rangers had an impressive 5.29m interactions on the platform in January, trouncing Celtic’s 2.06m interactions in the same month.
The news comes after research by the same group revealed the Gers trounced Celtic by 4.7m views on YouTube in 2020 and by over a million overall in social media interactions in the month of September, 2020 alone.
The official Rangers Twitter account paid tribute to “Rangers Twitter” for their contribution with the online space contributed to by supporters lauded by the club.
