Rangers fans have responded on social media after an image of Gers skipper James Tavernier wearing what appears to be the 2021/22 home kit emerged online.
In an April webinar, James Bisgrove and Ross Wilson both spoke glowingly about the work that has been done by Castore since they took over as the club’s kit and retail partners last summer.

Bisgrove then went on to say that he’d seen next season’s kits and that they were ‘absolutely stunning’, teasing that they had been inspired by the club’s 150th year.
The commercial and marketing director then suggested that the home kit would likely be launched ‘around June’ and ‘in time for the summer holidays’ [RangersTV].
Fans are still waiting for an official release but many now know what to expect after an image of Tav donning what appears to be the new strip was ‘leaked’ online.
The Kitman shared an image taken of a promo banner that reads ‘Forever Ready – Rangers Home 2021/22’ and features the skipper wearing a blue jersey with ‘tonal pinstripes’ running down the front, while the collar and cuffs are both white.
The major change is that the club crest, Castore badge and sponsor logo are all gold.

And the reaction online has been mainly positive, with one Bear even suggesting that it’s the nicest strip the club have ever had.
