Rangers are now facing having nine players out of the Premiership clash with Aberdeen as the injuries and pressure mounts at Ibrox.
Ibrox manager Michael Beale is a man under pressure after a stuttering start to the season but deserves credit for a four game winning streak since the international break.
But the visit of Aberdeen could be the club’s sternest test yet with Barry Robson’s resurgent Dons ready to rankle Rangers fans even further and take advantage of a toxic Ibrox.
It’s on Michael Beale’s new-look side to get the victory the supporter’s crave but they will have to do it without up to nine players as injuries rock the Rangers team ahead of this must-win Aberdeen clash.

Nine Rangers injuries ahead of Aberdeen clash?
Northern Irish international Steven Davis is a long-term absentee with a cruciate ligament injury, whilst several of his fellow midfielders are laid up on the treatment table.
Ex-Norwich City pair Todd Cantwell and Kieran Dowell are sidelined, whilst Belgian midfielder Nicolas Raskin won’t be available until next week at the earliest.
Add into this problems with creative duo Tom Lawrence and Rabbi Matondo and suddenly that link to midfield from attack looks threadbare.
With Brazilian striker Danilo also definitely ruled out, there are seven players for whom injuries have ruled them out for Rangers for the clash with Aberdeen entirely.
The other two stars who could be out of the game come off the back of the midweek victory over Livingston at Ibrox.

Whilst Rangers reached the League Cup semi-final, they do so at a cost, with Kemar Roofe experiencing a groin problem and Ridvan Yilmaz going off with cramp.
Both players are amongst the most injury prone in a depressingly injury prone squad and whilst we’re still waiting on an update, there is no-one at Ibrox holding out hope.
Aberdeen will come to Rangers focused and ready to execute a game plan and even with this painful run of injuries Michael Beale and his side must find a way to overcome the Dons.
