Kris Boyd has been banging the drum for Rangers to sack Philippe Clement for weeks.
The Ibrox hero has fired constant warnings to the manager about his future including his most recent shout before Rangers hammered Celtic yesterday afternoon.
Boyd criticised Clement’s sport science claim following matches against Motherwell and St Mirren where points were dropped.
Vaclav Cerny and Hamza Igamane were rested for Motherwell and that came back to bite the Belgian.

And the ex-striker branded Clement’s comments “stupid” as he demanded the best players play at crucial moments.
Boyd also felt time was up for Clement before the derby when he said fans have felt that for some time.
After Ianis Hagi, Robin Propper and Danilo’s goals set Gers up to thrash Celtic at Ibrox, though, Boyd felt more comfortable discussing Clement in a positive light where his future at Rangers is concerned.
And that triggered a noisy discussion – and some questions from Chris Sutton – about whether or not his Sky Sports punditry pal had changed his mind into backing the boss now.
Kris Boyd spoke positively about Rangers and Philippe Clement
“I think sometimes we look at it and analyse it and say Celtic were really poor – today you have just got to give Rangers credit,” Boyd said at full-time on the telly.
“I thought they were excellent today, but Rangers fans will be out there saying ‘where has this performance came from?’ – because we have not seen it for a period of time.
“We have seen it in Europe on a Thursday night – it pops up and you think maybe there is a chance for Rangers to kick on.
“You look at the next fixtures they go to Easter Road, they are at Dens (Park) on Thursday night and then Aberdeen come here (Ibrox). Philippe Clement will learn about his team, they can get themselves up for big games….”
Chris Sutton questioned Boyd’s change of mind on the manager
As he looked to continue his point, Sutton chimed in: “Are you backing Big Phil now?”
Moving on to discuss the manager specifically, Boyd joked: “I have just heard he has signed a new deal.”
Sutton then queried: “Are you backing him now, though? You said before the game that it was ‘just a matter of time’ – but now after that performance which side of the fence are you on?”
And before host Eilidh Barbour opted to cut off the squabbling, Boyd laughed: “I’ll answer it after you, because you said the same?”, to which Sutton chirped: “I asked you first.”
