Alfredo Morelos may have moved to an iconic football club in Santos, a club and strip made famous by no less a footballing legend than Pele.
Like iconic ’80s and ’90s Argentina, Holland and West Germany strips, there are popular retro reproductions available, so too are famous club shirts like the Napoli one Maradona wore in his pomp – football shirts are now items of fashion.
Following a favourite player is also a new trend and with Alfredo Morelos moving to Santos, there is sure to be a rise in demand for the Serie A outfit’s merchandise but, can you get your hands on a 2023/24 top?

The hunt for an Alfredo Morelos Santos shirt
The first place we looked for the 2023/24 shirt was on Santos social media channels, however, their UK demand isn’t high enough to have a readily available link.
The Santos website isn’t much better and there is no option for UK delivery either.

Manufactured by Umbro, going straight to their website gives details of their kits for this season and that any interested fans of the Santos offering should be directed to umbro.br.
The biggest issue with this site, however, is that it doesn’t recognise UK phone numbers or delivery details even using Google translate to convert the site into English plus, Brazil have a different tax system.
Speaking to Umbro directly, they have confirmed that Umbro Brazil is the only place to get a Santos FC shirt and recommended using a forwarding company to ship the order from Brazil to the UK.
There are companies like Shippn who offer a “Buy For Me” service, which comes at an extra cost but, this really does seem to be the easiest way to get your hands on an Alfredo Morelos Santos shirt.
It really is that complicated just to order a football strip, unless you know someone living in Brazil!

If you also are wanting the Colombian international’s name and number on the back of your new Santos kit then you’ll have to wait.
His new number hasn’t been announced and, unfortunately for El Bufalo, number 20 is already taken by Stiven Mendoza.
He did though, have number two on his training kit in recent Santos training shots but Joao Basso has that squad number.
Umbro did say that because the Serie A season ends in December that is the reason there are no plans to sell the current strip, however, keep an eye on Rangers News should they have a rethink for next year.
