Nikola Katic is recalled to the Rangers side as the Ibrox club prepare to face Motherwell at Fir Park.
Katic is preferred to Joe Worrall who Gerrard described earlier in the week as having picked up a knock. It’ll be the chance for the Croatian to impress after struggling to budge Connor Goldson and Joe Worrall since January.

Recalling Nikola Katic is one of only two changes for the Ibrox club.
Daniel Candeias is recalled in the place of the suspended Ryan Kent. Scott Arfield, Steven Davis and Ryan Jack all keep their places from the Hearts match.

Jon Flanagan retains his place at left-back after an impressive showing against Hearts. Glen Kamara continues to hold down his spot after being removed from the side for the challenge of Celtic.

Rangers fans have taken to Twitter to react to the lineup.

Motherwell v Rangers kicks off at Fir Park come 12:30 pm and promises to be an exciting game. That’s if the previous 3-3 draw there earlier in the season is anything to go by.
Rangers could also potentially have their eye on two of Motherwell’s young talents. Much publicised interest in Jake Hastie could well be intensified today.
Rangers could also have an eye on the talented David Turnbull, who’s rumoured to be interesting the club.
