One-time Rangers link Ryan Gauld continues to impress during his loan move with Portuguese side Farense.
The attacking midfielder scored two goals in Farense’s 5-0 win over UD Oliveirense.
The goals were his first strikes for the side. The first was a neat tap and the second a stunning volley from outside the box.
Gauld has played 11 times for the Portuguese side who currently sit sixth in the country’s second division after 15 games. Could his performances impress Rangers?

The paper claimed that there is a clause in his contract that will allow him to move to Ibrox should Rangers make a move.
Whilst Steven Davis is reportedly set to join, Rangers are still crying out for a direct, creative, tricky “number 10” style player. Ryan Gauld is a talented, tricky, creative player who certainly fits the bill.
Signing him on loan represents a relatively low risk move for a player once dubbed “the Scottish Messi”.
The former Dundee United star also has experience in the Scottish top flights. Gauld, 23, played over 50 games for the Arabs as a teenager.
He signed a six-year contract with Sporting Lisbon in July 2014 for a fee in the region of £3m. However, Gauld has been limited to two appearances for the top team and the Farense move is his third loan deal away from the club.
