Celtic have lifted their ban of Ultras group the Green Brigade ahead of the Hampden Betfred Cup Final against Rangers.
It puts to bed any suggestion Celtic would be so foolish to allow one of the most vocal elements of their support to miss the crunch tie.
The decision will do little to derail Rangers’ preparations for the match, with the Ibrox club looking to win their first piece of major silverware since the events of 2012.
There is also a suggestion that Celtic striker Odsonne Edouard won’t make the match [BBC Sport] with Rangers which many fans will take with a pinch of salt.
In the run-up to the crunch tie Rangers must focus on their own preparations and not pay attention to what’s happening across the city.
This is the first Old Firm Rangers Celtic cup final in close to a decade, with the previous coming in the League Cup in 2011.
