Rangers striker Alfredo Morelos has reiterated he is “happy at Rangers” after picking up three Player of the Year (POTY) gongs.
The Colombian striker has been on electric form for Rangers for much of the season. His 29 goals for the club earned him the top goal scorer award, Player of the Year award and the Player’s Player of the Year Award.
And as he accepted them, what the Colombian said suggested his Ibrox love affair isn’t over just yet.
“It’s really big for me to get this prize on this beautiful night. I’m very happy. It’s been a good season for me,” said Morelos.”
“They are goals that are super important for my career and I’m very happy with the season I’ve had with Rangers.
“I’d like to thank all my teammates, the technical team, for all the opportunities they have given me, and yeah, I’m really happy to be here.”
Much of the talk all season has been about Alfredo Morelos’ future. Despite delighting fans with a new contract, the striker is still attracting interest from across Europe. Not least German giants Borussia Dortmund [originally Sky Sports].

But the striker has reiterated how happy he is at Rangers. Will he be here next season? That remains to be seen. But Rangers POTY Alfredo knows how valued he is at Ibrox and doesn’t appear in any major rush to leave.
Then again, that might depend on him being able to wrestle his position in the team back off Jermain Defoe.
