Rangers talisman Alfredo Morelos is a transfer target for La Liga outfit Real Betis, at least according to reports.
Football Scotland are reporting that their sources at Rincón Escocés have confirmed the Spanish side are interested in the striker.
More than that, the report claims Real Betis have already watched Morelos on no less than three occasions. This news comes just days after Morelos told Colombian Radio Station Caracol he was “very happy at Rangers”.

It’s not surprising there has been interest in the 22-year-old Colombian international. Morelos leads Rangers scoring charts with 23 goals this season.
Transfer talk never far away from Morelos
Back in January, the Daily Record reported that French outfit Nice were preparing an £8m bid for the striker. French side Bordeaux also had a £3.75m rebuffed at the start of the season, with their “derisory” bid drawing the ire of Steven Gerrard.
Rangers appear to be holding out for considerably more.
And it’s no wonder – Alfredo Morelos’ prolific form earned him a new deal at Ibrox earlier in the season. Rangers have the striker tied down until 2022.
Morelos has almost perpetually been linked with a move away since he joined the Gers but he continues to reiterate his happiness at the club. Still young, there is plenty of time for the combative striker to move on to a stronger league.

Real Betis, who currently sit 7th in La Liga pose an interesting option. They are ready to invest in a new striker with on-loan PSG striker Jese set to return to France next season.
But Morelos told
With continued interest it’s looking increasingly unlikely Morelos will be at Ibrox next season. But the price has got to be right for Rangers.
