Simon Jordan has revealed what he has been told in private by Josh Windass about Danny Rohl and his impact at Rangers.
Rohl took over from Russell Martin in October and has completely transformed the fortunes of the Ibrox outfit.
Rangers beat Hearts 4-2 on Sunday and are now just two points away from the top of the SPFL table.

Simon Jordan has only been hearing good things about Danny Rohl
Jordan has admitted that Windass has only been complimentary of what the German has done since becoming the Gers manager.
The talkSPORT host believes that all Rohl needs to say is how he has transformed things at the club since taking over from Martin.
When the former Southampton manager was sacked, nobody thought that Rangers would be in the title race come February.

However, Rohl came in and made the dressing room believe in themselves again, and the owners also backed him in the January transfer window.
Speaking on talkSPORT, Jordan said: “I spoke to Josh Windass about him and he was full of compliments [about Danny Rohl], and the only thing Danny Rohl needs to say is: ‘Since I’ve arrived here, we’re top of the league in performances’.
“That’s his job. That’s what he was brought in to do.
“I do think these guys are going to hunt Hearts down and I saw that in the game yesterday, which I thought was a great spectacle in terms of the atmosphere for the Rangers-Hearts game.”

How can Rohl take Rangers a step further to win the league?
Rohl has already done the hard part as he has convinced the Gers players that they are good enough to win the title.
He has also started to get the best out of his new signings and seems to know what his strongest eleven is.
However, the lineup would require tweaking based on the match and game state, but he knows who the players are and who he can count on.
There is still some work to be done on the training ground, especially on the defensive side of things.
Rangers appear to be fragile while defending leads and also take a while to switch on at the start of games.
These are all minor tweaks and the German needs to continue with what he’s doing in order to get his side to lift the title come May.
