Rival Malmo fans have given the Rangers team a very warm welcome to Sweden indeed as they let off fireworks outside the club’s hotel at close to 3am this morning.

In a clip uploaded by Twitter user @Phreds040, it claims to show Malmo FF ultras group Blatte Ultras letting off fireworks outside the hotel at 2:40am this morning.

Rangers are preparing to face Malmo FF in Sweden in the first leg of their Champions League qualification effort.

Swedish Champions Malmo have defeated Latvian Champs Riga FC and Finnish counterparts HJK Helsinki to reach this stage of the competition.

Rangers enter at the third stage of qualification with a Playoff clash against either Ludogorets of Bulgaria or Olympiakos of Greece awaiting the victor of the clash with Malmo.
