Rangers midfielder, Ross McCrorie, is riding the crest of a wave at the minute.
The 20-year-old forced his way back into the side in early December and hasn’t looked back since.
He received an SPFL accolade, before starring in the win over Celtic.

Since that performance, there has been considerable speculation over his future.
However, Steven Gerrard, made it clear he would be staying put.
What’s more,
he claimed he sees Ross as a future leader of the first team.
On Sunday, there was yet another positive experience.

He played alongside his twin brother, Robby, for the first time at Ibrox.
Ross described the HJK Helsinki game as “a really proud moment for the family”, in an
interview with RangersTV.
While Robby is a Scotland U21 international, Allan McGregor and Wes Foderingham’s continued presence at the club, have ensured there is little opportunity to make first team appearances.

“Hopefully, he can make the next step up. If he keeps progressing the way he is and if he keeps working hard, I’m sure he’ll get there one day”, Ross continued.
In the meantime, we have argued that a spell on loan in 2019, would be beneficial for his development.
While a joint appearance in a competitive fixture may be some way off, at least they were afforded the chance to take to the hollowed Ibrox turf together, at the weekend.
