Rangers fans will be breathing a sigh of relief as Ryan Kent and Alfredo Morelos prepare to move on from the club after years of Premiership profligacy.
The Gers have had an over-reliance on two albeit talented players whose attitude has stunk out the place whilst their returns have barely been good enough for Kilmarnock.

As a result, there will be few Ibrox supporters who shed much of a tear when both £7m Ryan Kent and £1m Alfredo Morelos walk out the door for nothing come the end of the campaign.
But if the latest comments from Michael Beale about this being their last Hampden appearance are serious, then surely the two won’t be pulling a Rangers shirt on again as their wastefulness and attitude contributes to one of the worst seasons in recent memory.
Celtic are lifting a treble courtesy of their focused, determined and talented forward line, whilst Rangers are watching on courtesy of their uncommitted, lazy, unproductive, wasteful options.
The bite at the top of the park has been the difference between the two clubs this season – coupled with the ongoing defensive comedy show at Ibrox – and it’s time to reflect.
Exit-bound Ryan Kent, Alfredo Morelos shouldn’t play for Rangers again
Ryan Kent’s unacceptable return of three goals this season is reflective of a player who has downed tools and bowed out and if Rangers have any pride in the support he can leave out the back door in the months ahead.
Kent’s return has been nothing short of embarrassing this season and if on his shoulders did our hopes rest, then so do our failures. Thanks for the highlight reel Ryan, but you’ve let us down for the last time.
As for Alfredo Morelos, the Colombian banished from the first team at the start of the season for a lack of focus, what a waste of talent and a jersey this season.
The Rangers directorate owe us an explanation as to why the club has not reinforced the forward line over the last four windows, with an overreliance on El Bufalo an endemic failure, but by the same token the striker’s attitude has stunk the place out and not for the first time.
It’s time to say sayonara to the Colombian and if he’s expecting a rapturous send off from the support, he can instead reflect on his woeful contribution in the big moments over the last few seasons.
Both Ryan Kent and Alfredo Morelos downed tools for Rangers when it really mattered and if they’re seriously about to walk out the door then it’s time they retired their Ibrox jerseys for good and they were handed to someone else.
It is, after all, what they appear to have wanted all along.
