As Rangers reportedly offer a new contract to Ross McCausland the player’s agent certainly seems to be getting word out about his client.
Rangers have been boosted by the emergence of the 20-year-old winger who reached another milestone for the club by starting against Livingston.
With Ross McCausland also impressing in the 2-0 Scottish Premiership victory, it’s added more noise around the attacker and more excitement from the stands.
Whilst Philippe Clement is determined to keep Ross McCausland’s feet firmly on the ground, it appears the Rangers star’s agent is helping to big his client up.
Prior to the reports that Rangers have offered Ross McCausland a new contract, there had been plenty of chatter surrounding the winger.

Reports in Belfast – McCausland being a Northern Ireland youth international – had initially claimed Rangers were in discussions over a new contract.
Those reports also claimed that Ross McCausland was interesting clubs in England with a £300k development fee price tag attached to his name.
It’s a very specific number and a very specific detail and one wonders if it was released to the press with the intention of garnering interest in the player.
Follow on from that reports in the Daily Record and from Fabrizio Romano doing similar and suddenly it looks like Ross McCausland’s agent has been busy.

Whilst it’s all about getting the best deal possible for Ross McCausland, interest from other clubs and in the press contributes to higher demands and Rangers will be eager to get a deal concluded as soon as possible.
There’s nothing to suggest that Ross McCausland won’t sign on the dotted line at Ibrox but whilst the player’s stock is high it’s clear someone is drumming up plenty of interest.
Rangers winger Ross McCausland – who came through the youth ranks at Linfield – has made nine appearances for the club with his current deal up at the end of the season.
