Rangers mass exodus has been a slow one with Nils Koppen so far not being able to move on those in the squad who have been deemed surplus to requirements.
Cyriel Dessers seems the most likely to leave first and rumours linking James Tavernier to Saudi Arabia refuse to go away.
It’s not just the individuals who could bring in big money who need to be sold, there are fringe players too, and they all add up.
One of them could be about to leave Rangers though with The Sun claiming that Robby McCrorie is going to end his lifelong association with the club.

Robby McCrorie gets set for Rangers exit
Kilmarnock are hoping to follow up their purchase of Lewis Mayo by landing the Scotland squad regular.
He will be hoping that, similar to his brother, he can take a step back to kick on with a career that has always promised but not yet fully lived up to expectations.
After the arrival of Liam Kelly, there was an air of inevitability over McCrorie’s future.
Speaking in 2021, former Rangers manager Steven Gerrard revealed that McCrorie was always under consideration:
“Robby’s always been in my thoughts.
“We’ve always had a plan for him, and that’s not just in the last two weeks.
“We think he’s got the potential to one day be a Rangers number one. And even more, in the short term, when Allan moves on, to be one of our main goalkeepers.
“Robby and his people know our plan. He was outstanding over a couple of weeks, but those performances have come on the back of how he returned on day one.
“He’s come back in fantastic shape, trained well, seems to have a bit more maturity about how he goes about his work. I’d have no doubts about using him again at any given time.”
How Steve Gerrard let McCrorie down after Rangers debut
Aside from a bad patch in his second spell at Livingston, McCrorie’s rise to prominence was a smooth one.
He impressed at every loan club and seemed destined to step into Allan McGregor’s shoes one day.
When Rangers won the league in 2020/21 both McGregor and Jon McLaughlin had been faultless breaking countless records on the way.
The following season didn’t go quite to plan though and McGregor looked like he regretted his decision to extend his contract.
Neither of the experienced keepers looked particularly convincing which saw Gerrard rotate them in the initial weeks.
When McCrorie got his chance, with the experienced pair out due to Covid, he grabbed it with both hands.
In his two games, against Celtic and Alashkert, he looked more assured and sharper than anything Rangers fans had seen between the sticks all season.
Gerrard should have stuck with him and stuck with the young keeper.
There was no reason to drop him.
But drop him he did.
Giovanni van Bronckhorst and Michael Beale were the same until it was too late and injury presented McCrorie with another run of games last season.
If he leaves, McCrorie will have been the goalkeeper for Rangers last two league wins against Celtic.
Two Old Firm derbies, two wins and two clean sheets.
McCrorie didn’t fail Rangers, Rangers failed McCrorie.
