The front door at Auchenhowie could be busy this summer with Rangers expected to have an overhaul bigger than any seen in a long time.
Philippe Clement will be trusted along with Nils Koppen to carry out the renovations to the squad with the social media team unlikely to get much time off this summer either.
There will be new players coming in to replace those who left at the end of their contracts, however, there could also be a lot of activity surrounding those who have signed up to be at Rangers for several years yet.
Ridvan Yilmaz answers question about his Rangers future
One such player is Ridvan Yilmaz, who was the subject of interest in January and has several question marks over his Rangers future.
What hasn’t helped his cause is the arrival of Jefte and Thomas Galdames also being linked.
The Chilean is capable of playing as a left-back despite being more comfortable in the middle of defence.
There was a spell last season where the £5m signing from Besiktas was Rangers best player.
He got a consistent run of games and demonstrated exactly how a modern full-back should be playing the role for Rangers.
At his best, he was equally as capable of overlapping and creating chances or driving infield and getting into dangerous positions himself.
His injury history doesn’t marry with Philippe Clement’s philosophy of wanting players who are more robust though and, added to the speculation in January, it is an easy assumption to make that the 23-year old might be sold.
The Turkey international has other ideas:
“I am very happy at Rangers right now and there is no thought about any future transfer for me.
“I am enjoying my break with my family here and I will return to Scotland in time for the pre-season training camp soon.”

What impacted Rangers last season most was injuries.
It wasn’t just a drop in quality that was a problem, it was that replacements simply couldn’t play in the same style that Clement desired.
Borna Barisic couldn’t underlap or carry the ball the way that Ridvan does.
But you can’t expect one player to play 60 times a season and produce their best every game.
Jefte might be 6ft 1 and considerably taller than Ridvan, however, they are very similar in how they play.
On the front foot, aggressive and looking to join the attack.
With two players capable of playing in the same system that can rotate, it makes the manager’s job an awful lot easier.
Despite Kenny Miller’s claims, maybe Ridvan isn’t going anywhere after all.
