Rangers are not expected to take an interest in Aberdeen striker Bojan Miovski any further despite tracking his progress this season.
The Gers invested in three new attackers over the summer as Michael Beale splashed the cash.
Cyriel Dessers, Danilo and Sam Lammers all came in with a total outlay of more than £10million.
Rangers fans are yet to see value for money with Lammers and Dessers struggling to get going at Ibrox.
Danilo has shown more encouraging signs but Philippe Clement may yet fancy adding his own striker – if the budget allows for one.
Rangers unlikely to take Bojan Miovski interest further
One name on the Rangers radar is Aberdeen hitman Bojan Miovski.
Former Gers hitman Kris Boyd suggested in November that Rangers should be looking to bring Miovski to Ibrox.
The Scottish Sun now report that Rangers have been ‘keeping tabs’ on Miovski for a potential move to Glasgow.
However, it’s suggested that Rangers are ‘unlikely’ to take that interest further due to the money involved.
Aberdeen are seeking a record transfer between Scottish clubs, meaning any deal would be north of the £4.4million Celtic paid for Scott Brown in 2007.

Rangers may be reluctant to spend millions on another striker
Miovski has hit 29 goals and six assists in 65 appearances for Aberdeen, becoming a Pittodrie favourite.
Hailed as ‘exceptional’ by North Macedonian reporter Filip Mishov, Miovski has proven to be a bargain having arrived from MTK Budapest in 2022.
The North Macedonian striker scored against Rangers earlier this month and his performances for the Dons suggest that he would make a big impact at Rangers.
Sadly, the summer spending leaves Rangers unlikely to splash another big fee on another attacker.
Maybe if Lammers or Dessers were to be moved on, Rangers could make a move for Miovski.
As things stand though, Rangers surely aren’t in a position to commit even more money to the strike force just months after a real spending spree.
