Rangers are set to make a deadline day signing but Philippe Clement and Nils Koppen are still hoping for more business.
Rangers had a real flurry of activity early in the transfer window as Nils Koppen brought a host of young talents to Ibrox.
Jefte, Clinton Nsiala, Connor Barron, Hamza Igamane were the new faces alongside the returning Oscar Cortes and the permanently-signed Mohamed Diomande.
Rangers have since brought in more experience with Vaclav Cerny and Robin Propper arriving, joining Liam Kelly as the only players over 25 signed this summer.
Business has slowed down of late but Scott Wright has now followed Ben Davies to Birmingham City and has freed up some room.

Rangers transfer stance
Rangers do appear to be on the verge of completing one signing.
Reports in the Netherlands suggested that Rangers are set to sign defender Neraysho Kasanwirjo from Feyenoord.
Rangers have now confirmed that deal with Kasanwirjo finalising his move to Glasgow.
Rangers fans are keen to see more business though and Sky Sports claim that the club is ‘working on further additions’ ahead of the transfer deadline.
No targets were named but it’s suggested that Rangers have been busy through the afternoon and into the evening in terms of finding more signings.
Whether anybody else arrives alongside Kasanwirjo remains to be seen, but Rangers are keen to ensure that he isn’t the only deadline day arrival.
Targets still on the radar
The Italian market is one Rangers appear to be focusing on late into the window.
Rangers have been heavily linked with a move to sign Sassuolo midfielder Nedim Bajrami.
The Gers want a loan with option to buy but Sassuolo only want a straight loan deal.
Rangers may hope to thrash out a transfer though with Bajrami coming off an impressive summer having scored against Italy after just 25 seconds at Euro 2024.
Fiorentina wide man Josip Brekalo is another name on the radar but he is being heavily touted for a move to Getafe.
Perhaps Koppen and co can pull a rabbit out of the hat, but Rangers are running out of time to add to Clement’s squad.
