Rangers have a few areas of concern in the squad and improving the quality of wide player is right up there, in the summer, Nicolas Pepe could be an option for Rangers.
The former Arsenal forward, who the Gunners paid a reported £72m for, is currently playing the Super Lig with Trabzonspor on a short-term deal.
With doubts about Rangers ability to keep Abdallah Sima and of the overall depth in the position, a proven international like Nicolas Pepe would be a marquee signing when you look at the numbers.

Rangers could have right wing answer in Nicolas Pepe
Looking at the 28-year old’s time with Nice last season, there are several indicators that suggest Philippe Clement, who will be aware of Pepe’s qualities from his time in charge at Monaco, should ask his recruitment team to head to Turkey.
Rangers need their wingers to have pace, be able to carry the ball and create chances for others, ideally, we want them to score goals too.
For comparison, on-form Chelsea winger Raheem Sterling is the template that Rangers would love to have in any prospective signings and Nicolas Pepe ticks a lot of the same boxes.

There is one small problem though.
Pepe reportedly turned down an offer of some £80,000 per week to leave Arsenal and join the Saudi Arabia revolution.
Obviously, this is out of Rangers bidget, however, when Nicolas Pepe moved to Trabzonspor, according to football finance site Capology, he is on a rather more modest £35,000 per week.
This would put him right up with our top earners but he would be expected to deliver consistently, be one of Philippe Clement’s main players and arrive without the need for a transfer fee.
There have been too many punts, too many gambles, players like Jordan Jones and Brandon Barker.
Rangers need quality if the manager is to close the gap on Celtic at the top of the Scottish Premiership and Nicolas Pepe is certainly that.
