Silas Andersen, who has been linked with Rangers, appears set for a move away from Swedish club BK Hacken.
It had become clear in February that Andersen was leaving Hacken when his teammate Mikkel Rygaard stated that he expected him to be a big-money departure.

Silas Andersen closes in on Sporting CP move with £6m bid made
According to Tipsbladet, Andersen is closing in on a move to Sporting CP, with the Portuguese side already tabling an offer.
Sporting have made an initial bid of £6m along with £2.5m in add-ons, which is expected to be close enough for the Swedish club.
The final details are now being discussed, but it is understood that the deal will go through.
He is expected to sign a five-year deal at the Portuguese side, who appear to have won the race for the highly coveted midfielder.
This will be a blow for Rangers as they were keen on Andersen, who would strengthen their playing eleven.
Niclas Jensen, the 21-year-old’s agent, did confirm that an exit is likely as clubs from Portugal and Germany have been showing interest.
He said: “Interest in Silas is increasing and has been during the last few windows. Big clubs from Germany and Portugal are showing their seriousness, and we hope that he can take a good step to a higher level.”
