Rangers supporting Leeds defender Barry Douglas is in advanced negotiations with Watford despite a transfer approach from Celtic, according to the Daily Mail.
Douglas been linked with a move away from Elland Road for some time, after falling out of favour with Marcelo Bielsa last season.

When the player told the Talking Shutt Youtube programme in April that he grew up as a Rangers fan and then Kevin Phillips backed him to move to Ibrox [Football Insider], some Bears got their hopes up on social media.
However, the Gers already have a high-quality left-back in Borna Barisic and it was actually Celtic who showed interest over the course of the window [Anthony Joseph Twitter].
Yet, it looks as though the Hoops are set to miss out on his signature, with the Daily Mail claiming the 31-year-old is now in ‘advanced talks’ with Watford over a late transfer.
The Hornets were relegated from the Premier League last season but are looking to gain promotion from the Championship at the first attempt under new manager, Vladimir Ivic.

Douglas has one senior Scotland cap and counts Queen’s Park, Dundee United, Lech Poznan, Konyaspor and Wolves amongst his former clubs.
A Gers swoop for the Leeds man was always unlikely as his playing time would have been severely restricted due to Barisic’s presence and when Calvin Bassey was snapped up from Leicester City in June, the left-back slots in the squad were filled.
With just two days remaining in the window, Rangers are looking to bring in one more player and based on previous comments made by Steven Gerrard [Glasgow Live], the target is a dynamic midfielder.
