The Daily Record reports that Charlie Gilmour has agreed to join Norwich City.
The 20-year-old midfielder was surprisingly released by Arsenal last week.

His Gunners exit, followed by a tweet from Rangers winger Glen Middleton, sparked a wave of speculation that Gilmour could be on his way to Ibrox.
