Reportedly in-demand Rangers winger Fashion Sakala has taken to Twitter amid much speculation surrounding the player’s future and a potential move to Saudi Arabia.
The Zambian international appeared to reaffirm his commitment to the Gers after the speculation over the 26-year-old intensified when he appeared to wipe the club from his social media channels.
Then appearing in a 2-0 pre-season Germany training camp friendly win over Hallescher, Fashion Sakala certainly doesn’t appear to be going anywhere as things stand.
This comes amid reports that an unnamed club in Saudi Arabia have £4m interest in the African forward, who could follow a whole host of names to the Middle East this summer.
“God bless,” Fashion Sakala said on Twitter, sharing an image of himself in Rangers training gear.
“Great pre season camp in Germany and very excited for the new season. FS10 DREAMS DONT DIE. Read: Exodus 14:14.
“Thank you so much for your support.”
The bible passage Fashion Sakala has asked fans to read here states: ”Stand firm and you will see the deliverance the LORD will bring you today”.
Fashion Sakala drops Rangers stay hint on Twitter
Going by the sound of Fashion Sakala’s official Twitter account, the Rangers attacker isn’t planning on going anywhere despite those strong links to Saudi.
The ex-KV Oostende forward has been a frustrating presence for Rangers fans at times in his Ibrox career, Sakala’s spell in Glasgow characterised by an often desperate unpredictability.
On his day, that chaos can be a blessing for Rangers but in too many big moments it has been a curse with the attacker’s misses in both Hampden clashes against Celtic last season hanging firmly over him.

If Fashion Sakala is to stick around at Rangers next season then the Ibrox side will need the Zambian to sharpen up his shooting as the club looks to wrestle back control of the Scottish Premiership title.
Going by Twitter, there is a big chance that will be the case as Fashion Sakala looks to take the next step in his development and become a prime asset for the Gers next season.
